Leros has sea connections with Dodecanese Islands (Kalymnos, Mastihari/kos, Arkyi, Agathonisi, Patmos and Lipsi) and Aegean Islands (Pythagorio/samos). The crossing between Leros and any other destination is not available at the moment by any maritime company connected to NetFerry online booking system.
The port of Agia Marina is located on the island of Leros, in the Dodecanese archipelago. The port is located to the north of Platanos, on the eastern side of the island and is about 4 km from Lakki. It can be reached by road on Epar.Od. Xirokampou-Parthenou. It is a very picturesque port, there is also a Byzantine fortress of Bourtzi at the entrance to the port.
There are two ports on the island, the second smaller port provides connections to the neighboring islands and anchorage to private boats.
Leros also has a small airport with flights to and from Athens. The nearby island of Kos also has an airport and can then be reached by ferry. To reach the rest of the island from you can go on foot or bike, or take the local bus which runs frequently.
