The port of Hydra is located in the Saronic Gulf. Given its proximity to the Greek capital, connections to the port of Piero are frequent. The port is really picturesque and surrounded by houses and stone buildings and there are many services available to tourists. Hydra is a "green" island and there are no vehicles allowed, the beaches of Hydra can be reached on foot.
