The port of Skopelos is in an inlet on the east coast of the island, which offers mooring to mainly private boats and yachts and is the main port of the island. There is a parking area near the port where you can leave your car and reach the center of the capital, Skopelos Town, on foot. The green Alonissos is the most intact and wild island of Sporades.
