The main port on Santorini is Athinios and it has only one passenger terminal. The port connects the island with Piraeus and other Greek islands. The port is about 19 km from Oia, 9 km from Fira and about 9 km from Akrotiri. Katapola is a resort on the north coast of the island of Amorgos, it is the main landing point on the island and the largest tourist center, it is full of restaurants and hotels.
