Travel companions must carry the pet’s health book and, for EU residents, the pet passport. They must follow boarding procedures and are responsible for the animal’s care, safety, and hygiene during the journey. For dogs, cats, and ferrets, a rabies vaccination certificate is mandatory. 🔄 Modifications and Changes

💰 Refund Policy
• Early booking tickets are non-refundable, but cancellation refunds will only be for fuel surcharge and EU ETS environmental surcharge.
• Tickets can be issued with open return (outbound with early booking discount, return with flyer fare without further early booking discount).
• Tickets initially issued with early booking discount are valid until 31.12.2025, even in case of replacements (e.g., change of travel date).
